Composer and organist Sean Connolly will be visiting St. Leo's from Sleepy Eye, MN! While in Minot, Sean will be touring the many wonderful organs in the Minot area, giving a FREE organ recital, and working with the Choir as they prepare his new composition: The Mass of St. Leo the Great, which will be premiered at St. Leo's re-dedication mass! For more information, see the choir section on the church's website, under the Office & Ministry section." August 6th - 7:30: Sean Connolly - Organ Recital Sean will be presenting an organ recital on the BRAND NEW Rodgers Artist 579 recently installed in St. Leo's! The recital will be in the loft and will include works by Bach, Rheinberger, Gibbens, and many more. August 7th - 2:00-5:00: Minot area organ tour Sean will be touring several organs in the Minot area, including several churches and the beautiful Ann Nicole Nelson Hall organ on the campus of Minot State University. More details to come!!! August 7th - 6:45-7:20 - Meet the Composer! Sean will be at the church ready to mingle with you before the Choir workshops his new composition: The Mass of St. Leo the Great. August 7th - 7:30-9:30 - Choir Workshop Sean will be workshopping his new piece, The Mass of St. Leo the Great (to be premiered at the opening mass) with the choir. You won't want to miss out on this very unique opportunity to work one-on-one with the composer himself!

Here is a look at how the St Leo's Soup Kitchen has prepped for the Christmas meal they will be serving tonight at 5:30 for those who may be struggling to afford food this time of year.

This second video just shows the amount of people The Saint Leo's soup kitchen is able to help every week, and it also shows the amount of volunteers the Saint Vincent de Paul group has been able to round up to help out those in need.
